Apr 4Senior Fees List Attention Seniors: A list of seniors owing both current and past due fees is posted outside the Bookstore and in Senior Commons. Additional fees will be added as soon as they are received. Please check the list and take care of your fees as soon as possible. Remember, you will NOT be able to purchase a prom ticket, pick up your Cap and Gown, buy Graduation tickets, or participate in Graduation if your fees are not paid. Please see Mrs. Schultz in the Bookstore if you have any questions.

Apr 4College Essay Workshop Attention juniors. Early online registration for the popular college essay writing workshops began yesterday for Solon Academic Boosters members. Open registration for all juniors begins Thursday, April 11.

Apr 4Comet Coffee Corner Comet Coffee Corner presents Sabores de Cometa! Design your own refreshing soda. Choose a Topo Chico Sabores (Lime, Tangerine, or Blueberry) and then add your favorite fruit flavors! The combinations are endless! Stop by and get creative! Don't forget we now offer strawberry matcha tea lattes! Available at breakfast and lunch daily!

Apr 4ACC & AMC Bubble Tea Fundraiser Attention Solon High School! Asian Culture Club and Applied Mandarin Club will be having our annual Bubble Tea Fundraiser from next Monday, April 7 to Friday, April 11th! We will have four flavors available, and we will be across the bookstore before school starts. All proceeds go to research for children with cancer! Don't forget to come and get a cup of bubble tea!

Apr 4American Cancer Youth Society meeting Come join the American Cancer Society in room 110 after school on Tuesday, April 8th for our last meeting this year! We'll be making posters for our upcoming donut sale!

Apr 4Academic Challenge Congratulations to Academic Challenge Senior Angela Sun for being named Second Team All-Ohio. Congratulations also to sophomore Trey Mallia for being named Honorable Mention All-Ohio. These honors are based on last weekend's state Quiz Bowl tournament in which 48 teams and over 250 students competed. Well done Angela and Trey!

Apr 7Prom Prom tickets are on sale now until April 21 (online ticketing closes at 11:59 pm). Please refer to the letter that was sent out last week with purchasing instructions. Seniors who still owe fees will not be able to purchase a prom or after prom ticket until those fees have been paid. If you are unsure of your fees, please check with Mrs. Schultz in the bookstore.

Solon High School's National Alliance on Mental Illness has invited guest speakers to present the nationally acclaimed Ending the Silence program after school on Tuesday, April 8th, from 3 to 4 p.m in room 113! Ending the Silence is an engaging presentation aimed at helping youth learn about the warning signs of mental health conditions and what steps to take if you or a loved one are showing symptoms of a mental health challenge. Pull up!
