| | Mar 13 | Boys/Girls Indoor Track Congratulations to the Girls and Boys Indoor Track teams for finishing their seasons on a high note. The Girls finished 7th overall in the D-1 team competition, while the boys finished 3rd overall.
On the girls side, All-Ohio performances were turned in by Myla Gallagher, Cariona Lewis, Evan Nathanson, Sam Singleton, Amelia Gallagher, Camryn Cayne, Morgan Hillman and Allyson Vinson.
On the boys side, All-Ohio performances were turned in by Bryan Shin, Eric Del Torto, Elias Lamarre, Henry Sharpley and Cole Taylor.
Special recognition must be given to the boys 4 by 2 team of Sharpley, Del Torto, Lamarre and Taylor for being State Runners-up. This group currently has the school record in the event and has the 27th fastest time in the United states.
Additionally, please congratulate Eric Del Torto when you see him in school. He now has the school record in the 60 Hurdles, he has the 30th fastest time in the nation in that event, and most importantly, is the fastest hurdler in the state by earning D1 60 Hurdle State Champion.
Great job to both teams, you certainly made the school proud.

Ethnic Expo is upon us. In just a few short days, we will be having a celebration of food, culture, and inclusivity on Saturday, March 15, from 6-9pm. Featuring 9 of Solon High School's very own culture clubs, it is sure to be a night of great festivity and food! But if you still want more, then get ready, because Ethnic Expo will showcase artwork displayed by the Intrinsic Art Club and major musical performances, most notably from our very own Jazz 1 ensemble.
Surely, this is to be one of Solon Model United Nation's most successful events of the year, and we hope you can join us Saturday night!
